Yes they can, however they won't often tell you that they know. George Bush, during his first administraiton, signed into the law Executive Order 5578.3244.076/AB which is known as the National Sexual Behaviour Quantification Act.
This EO requires that all physicians scan their patients for the presence of orgasmocytes, a particular cellular body which is produced by hormones released during orgasm. During sex with another person of the opposite sex, the partner's pheromones neutralize orgasmocytes and render them undetectable, but during masturbationary orgasm the orgamsocytes swell to sizes just under the detection by the naked eye and give off a dectable level of sexual radiation. It is this sexual radiation that is monitored for and detected.
If you live in AL, AK, AR, CA, CT, MA, MN, NY, NJ, WA, or WI the scanning technology has been in place since 1999. Other states are being implemnted based on the results of initial polling, but there is a goal of universal coverage by Jan 2008.
Interestingly, gay sex causes the orgasmocytes to alternately turn on and off, what is termed cellular flashing or photonic blinking, which render the reading questionable at best.
I hop this helps,
Cheers, Mate

Well fellow, an older cousin told me when I was 12 that hair will grow in the palm of my hand if I jacked-off. I suppose it has the same meaning but just a different technique. I keep checking, every once in awhile, but my palms are still bare after 67 years.
I suggest you ask a doctor (get a second opinion). If they can answer with a straight face–believe them.

A doctor MAY be able to determine whether or not you engage in SOME sort of sexual activity, if they really try (but they rarely do unless you're a woman having a "pelvic" exam) but there isn't any way they can determine that it's masturbation or sex, unless there is foreign sexual fluid present.
And even if they see signs that you're sexually active, they almost never comment on it, or tell anyone about it...unless you're under-age and your parents specifically ask the doctor to tell them if you're sexually active.
Even then, unless you have semen in you, the doctor can't tell whether you're using a "toy" or having sex...unless you have a STD.

provided that he catches you doing it. otherwise, there is not any properly-known thank you to tell. although, as a doctor analyzing a teenager boy, he will truthfully assume you do because just about another teenager boy does masturbate- ordinary and healthy. He did it too and in all probability nevertheless does on party like maximum adult males.

Yes.My mother told me not to jerk off because it might make me blind, when she caught me in the bathroom tub doing it, I became totally blind one day and I went to the Doctor and he told me that this type of blindness was caused from masturbating to much, so if you get to not seeing so well i would say find you a girl friend because just plain ole sex wont make a guy blind.. OK?
But please go ahead and do it till you start to not see so well because it does feel good and heck why not, you know?
You should have see that young guy at work jerking off sitting back on some boxes, I was boss man, I told him to go back to work, he had his pants about all the way down, and the biggest pecker I have ever seen. but anyway he said he would be thru in just a few minutes. The joys of youth,I wish sometimes i was young again

Yes. There are little stretch marks that are created by masturbating.

Yes & no, depending how our bodies are and what kind of doctor it is, they can find out or guess it. but then there are also doctors that dont care if you do or not.
