just start small and work your way up. you have to trust urself. the only difference between a smaller gap and a larger one is that the larger jump you will have more air time so you should slow ur rotation down a bit. its mostly a confidence issue and u should trust urself

Personally I think the take-off is everything when you spin... find what part of the jump you want to take off from (Sometimes the more worn paths make starting your spin difficult) Then get comfortable doing straight airs over the gap to find out how much speed you'll need to clear and land where you want. Then decide what rotation you want to go for... Personally I think the backside 3 is the way to go... you don't have to land switch and you're able to sight your landing for the final 180.

Just make sure you're comfortable with your surroundings before you start, and remember clearing the gap is the important part... the spin is all mental.

well for starters wear a helmet if u already dnt just in case, but im workin on the same thing i can 360 off small little kickers with no table and some of those random tree jumps so im gonna first learn on a small like 5 or 10 ft table and slowly go bigger but i dnt wanna 180 cuz then i either hav to land switch or hit the jump switch and im not good switch

ummm.... just go for it (again). start small and work your way up. and do you mean you can do them off the ground, or over small jumps. either way do it on smaller and gradually go bigger. as far as spinning, start with a 180 and work it up to a 360, then 540 and so on

Hey, if ya want to get over ur fear just dont imagine what will happen just tell yourself that u believe in urself and just do it. Fear is just yourself imagining the future. DON'T imagine the future! that's it

It might sound weird, but hypnosis might work for you. The intention is to re-train your subconscious so you'll stop limiting yourself.
