Goober and the Ghost Chasers.
I think it was the show they did just before Scooby. This one had a ghost dog that was scared of ghosts and would disappear (except for his ski hat) when he was scared.

Oh, yeah, and the really bad ones they used to show during the Banana Splits Show like the Three Musketeers. They were so bad that they were good.
