The original...it took years to build the trust and chemistry between Crockett and Tubbs. Gina & Trudy and the Lt., & Izzy. It was amazingly well written, the characters were unforgettable and the guest stars were awesome. Phil Collins, Bruce Willis, Sheena Easton, just to name a few. You definitely had to love the music...especially Phil Collins & Glenn Frey, it was classic. The cars (loved that black convertable of Sonny's) the clothes, the boats and of course, Elvis. How could you not love a show with an alligator on board???

I think so. Miami Vice was too much like Starsky and Hutch which I liked but CSI Miami is a lot more believable.

I loved the series. The movie was okay, but the series was awesome.
