i use epoxy glue on them its permanent and works really well on any of them,use the 5 minute epoxy glue it works better than the rest of it,,good luck.

Replace it. You can refoam a speaker, but if you have to replace the cone you replace the whole speaker.
Replace in pairs, you can get them cheap pretty much anywhere.
