How can my level 6 or level 53 make decent money? I need it for armour and weapons! Please help.

Mining is good to get startup money.
Then start a merchanting business. I buy and sell various types of logs to make money on Runescape.

It depends on your skill levels, as well as your judgement of decent money.
For that level 6, 5k an hour should be plenty of gp. Just kill cows and sell the cowhides for 80-100 go each. However, if you already have level 15 mining, selling iron ore makes good money for a level 6 as well.
As for the level 53, you should aim for 20-30k an hour. The cowhide method still works, but it doesn't make the 20k an hour mark. Shoot for level 60 mining on this account, getting a good coal area means you can earn 50k an hour selling steel bars.

Merchanting is very simple once you get the hang of it.
Buy low and sell high. Spend a lot of time in worlds 1 and 2.
I made my first mill buying lobbs 100-150 ea and selling 250ea.
Also buy full rune sets in world 1 and 2 for 170-180k sell 200k ea.
If you don't have much money to start out with then I suggest getting your w/c lvl up and chopping a few k's of willows and sell them to obvious members in dran bank or worlds 1 and 2 for 50-60ea. A lot of people give up early in merchanting sometimes it will take hours for you to find a buyer for something. But remember their is always a buyer for w/e you are selling. As long as your price is not outrageous. Don't invest in anything you can not make a decent profit off of. Sometimes you gotta hard barging with someone if they seem really interested but keep offing lower walk away and start shouting that you are selling it most of the time they will give in to your price and buy If not then move on you should always try to stand by your prices. Try to make friends with a few members and get some permanent buyers. If you build your reputation they will pass your name on to their friends. If member,, which if you are continuing with the game, would strongly recommend if funds allow, go to Seers/camelot area.
Pick flax, this gives you 2 options.
1. sell flax, can easily pick 800 - 1k flax per hour and sell at 100gp each (80 - 100k per hour)
2.Spin flax into bowstrings (need lv10 crafting I think) bowstrings then sell 170 - 200gp each.
second method not only doubles your potential sale but will work towards getting your crafting level higher.
If you go bowstring way, pick flax and bank till you have 1k plus then go to lumbride and use bank/spinning wheel floor below.
I can spin 100 strings or so in 5 mins there.
2 hours work, 200k potential gold.
Sell strings at seers/camelot bank usually plenty of buyers(lots of fletcher/alchers)
If non member usual fetch and skill work.
Woodcut near draynor bank (willow 40 each)
Essence mining think going rate for raw essence atmo 40 gold ech.
Iron ore mining (100 each)

My husband is a level 112 and he made most of his money when he was a low level, by mining and smithing. Look up GI Texan.

It depends... if you're a member, go west of the crafting guild and collect snape grass... run back to the bank in faldor and deposit. You can sell these for 200 to 500 gp ea... sometimes even 1k ea... but you need a large quantity.

do treasure trails lvl 1 untill you get a bob shirt, go anywhere and sell it for 200-300k i sold mine for bout 500k to an idiot. I told him you get from lvl 3 treasure trails and its the rarest one you can get from it. Do that couple times and you can buy a whip.

One way is to kill cows and get their cowhides and sell them in Al-karid in a highly populated world and sell them for 100gp each or mine rune essence and sell them for 30gp each.
