Speed Walking, hiking, sit-ups(a necessary evil), and if you laugh I will run, not speed walk to Canada and smack you, but I love Richard Simmons Sweating to the Oldies. Did I just hear you laugh?!!!

I got really fat after going into I.T. I started keeping fit by climbing Traprain Law, a local volcanic plug. It was very remote and not too tough going and I always knew by the time I was at the top that I'd gotten enough exercise for that day.
