Question about Anime/Manga?

I have 2 questions about my manga i'm creating, I have a BASIC idea story line/ plot, so far I have:

5 main characters, a couple supporting characters in mind, I have their names and backgrounds, but my problem is I want to start creating the "dialouge script" like what each character says in order, but I seriously have no idea how to do this?

how do I start, I have absolutley no experience with manga/anime, i can't even draw it, my main characters haven't even been sketched out yet :( I've seen other anime characters i'd like them to look similar to.. but that's just as far as I am.

Any advice?

Okay, this is what you do (I think):

- Think of what the characters are going to say. Write thier name, and then what they are goin to say, followed by actions, like so:

Ashira: What do you mean the controll room was hit? We should have look outs all the time! [stands up, knocking over table in the process. Shovs past Kari and runs out the door]
Kari: Ashira, wait! You can't go into the controll room! [runs after Ashira]
Ashira: Why not?!?
Kari: Because there is no controll room any more!
Ashira: [stops running] WHAT?!?
Kari: It's filed with water. The torpedo completely destroyed it.
Ashira: What about the crew?
Kari: [shakes her head sadly]
Ashira: No! Daisuke was up there! He can't be dead! He just can't!
Kari: Ashira, I'm so sorry!

- Learn to draw manga. Invest in a good drawing book. Practice a lot.

-Find your own style. I've been practicing for about two years now, and I still love trying new techniques, styles, and ideas for my drawings. You can always learn more, no matter how good you get.

-Draw sketches of your charecters. Change them. Redraw them. Change them again. Make them better. You can ALWAYS make them better.

-Write up portfolios and write down ALL of your ideas, no matter how little they are. They all count.

Most anime starts out with something random, if you're going for a comedy. If the characters live together, I would have the have a tiny spat over something trivial, just as an icebreaker, and this would usually be between the youngest or most immature characters. If it's a drama, restaurants are always popular settings. Basically what I'm saying is, decide on a setting and which characters will be in it. Then, choose a random topic and go from there. I've heard things that started with anything from death to whose hairbrush is whose and turn out great. Just go from there and inspiration will come.

BQ- call of your popular anime/ manga? too many to record BQ2 - could you propose them too me? ^__^ yeah BQ3 - have you ever cosplayed as a character from an anime and so on? no yet for halloween im going as dark mousy BQ4 - what form of song do you like (i think of i asked that once until eventually now, and this would not have something to do with anime or manga o.O lol) heavy metallic and rock BQ5 - is anime/ manga popular, the place you're from ?
