Yes, but I would use it for all the good charities that are not supported by people. I wouldn't use dirty money for myself..

Nope. I'd turn it over to the Secret Service. Making tons of counterfeit money is one way that terrorists could undermine the American economy.

turn it in because it only creates problems for those left with the fake money it is worthless and causes a huge amount of pain

counterfeit money is guaranteed federal prison time
but, if no one can tell that it was real...then i would find some good use for it.
