im 6ft 1/2" and i can dunk on a 9ft rim not prob. and almost on 9ft 6" and i want to know what i can do to get higher other than calf rasises but i havent seen any leg strenght and i work my legs almost everyday hel p please

the exercise that you start with a wooden box say about a foot high than increase it by a half foot when you can jump the previous height comfortable.

You may want to consider the treadmill and running in general. That has proven to help not only my stamina, but my legs.

lift weights wit your legs and jog up hills

i got to the weight room and work on my arms and my legs and other stuff. so idk maybe you want to try that
