The Birdcage w/ Robin Williams, Nathan Lane, Gene Hackman, Diane Weist, Calista Flockhart,(before Ally McBeal), has got to be one of the funniest movies I've ever seen....Also, pretty much anything with Jim Carrey is great...especially "Bruce Almighty" w/ Jim Carrey, Morgan Freeman, Jennifer Aniston, & the very funny Steve Carell.....& Don't forget Jim Carrey in "Liar, Liar" which is awesome....

I'd have to say The Ref with Dennis Leary is my all time, also love Tommy Boy with Farley and Spade and Fun with Dick and Jane with Jim Carrey and Tea Leoni. Oh and of course both Ace Ventura movies.

Blazing Saddles by Mel Brooks, 1974 starring Gene Wilder plus all the Mel Brooks films of that era. Hilarious. Lots of spoofs.

Trading Places is one of my all time favorite comedy movies. Animal House is a good one too. Trading Places stars Eddie Murphy and Dan Akroyd.

Well before I would've said Beverly Hills Ninja. But seeing Chris Farley deceased ruined his movies for me. Now I couldn't say, it's not often I watch comedic movies anymore.
