If a president is elected from an opposing party (right or left) what's to stop them from declaring YOU as an 'enemy combatant.'

It is not moral
I think Congress should consider action to limit the War Powers Act. To bad. The War Powers Act is very important and should remain in case a President needs it. Unfortunately, we have witnessed with Bush and the 105th Congress that it is a loaded gun ready for use against U.S. citizens by immoral people.

You are right, it is very wrong to cost Americans anything more than the cost of a bullet and a shallow grave! Treasonous behavior against our Country should be properly rewarded!
