Well, blowfish is not an accurate term. If you are referencing puffer fish, there are several types. They are not aggressive and can defend themselves, so as long as the other fish are not large enough to swallow them whole (bad for both fish - the puffer usually dies as does the victim) you can keep them with any passive fish.
