How do you turn the progressive scan off on a ILO dvr.?

Question

I turned it on, and it said it would go back to regular in 10 sec if it didn't work. Well the screen went black and it never went back. Now i can't see anything and i can' t see to turn it back off. I need help. If you have one can you look at what buttons you press to get to it and turn it off. Thanks a lot

Take out the component cables
Connect it to your TV via composite (yellow) (you can just use one of the component cables - say the green)
Go to the system menu and turn off progressive
Then go back and use component
