I just want to get simple software to make good lucking website graphics like banners and buttons. I would hate to pay $150 bucks to get Photoshop just to do such a simple tasks. Anything cheaper? Or is there a good website that has free webgraphics with no strings attached?

once you're working XP, attempt Jasc PaintShopPro 9. regrettably the later variations of this large app (X, XI, X2 etc) are finished by using Corel using fact they won Jasc... and of direction Corel destroys what it touches. in case you sense like going relatively professional, attempt the latest Adobe Photoshop yet those are often much less intuitively designed, greater costly and choose greater time to study to apply nicely.
