Any law that prohibits same sex marriage (or commitment ceremonies or whatever you want to call them). The ban on illegal drugs (which, is insanely odd seeing as I am completely and utterly against the use of all types of drugs, but I believe it would completely revamp America's economy, or change it in ways we couldn't even fathom). And I agree with the woman who stated the price of gas and corporations raising prices whenever they want to. Oh, also Florida and Texas have it legal that you can have sex with a corpse (I'm certain about Florida, not so about Texas, I know two states have it legalized). I think those should be abolished, just out of common decency.

The fact that the state of Florida included this exception suggests that any combination of mouth and breast not involving an infant violates the code. One wonders what law-abiding citizens do for foreplay in Florida.
The punishment certainly doesn't fit the crime either:

most smoking laws. i can see no smoking where there kids under the age of 18.. not in bars or the work place and not outside in some states. this is a stupid law that the smoke haters had passed in many states.
all the tests done by the department of lies or all done on second hand smoke. what about your tail pipe or the stuff that your spray on your carpet that smells fresh. or what about the candles you burn in your house
if you can smell it, it still may be not good for your body..
give me the test on other things before they say that second hand smoke is the only thing killing us.
so i say the smoking laws are the one's that shouldn't exist.

Laws that allow the poor to be raped by arbitrary and unfair interest rates. Any law that allows big (multi-billion dollar)companies to raise the price of goods simply because they can. The price of gasoline comes to mind.

we should be allowed to defecate wherever we want, that's the way we were created and it is easier on the bowels. In some parts of India they do and they live longer.
