i suppose only if you are doing it for the purpose of being "scene"

if you just like rock music and dark clothes, more power to you

no?
Scene kids are usually people who wear tight clothing. Bright colors, have a vintage/retro look. Long, choppy hair (and usually dyed)

From all the scene kids I know, seen on myspace, they usually either listen to hardcore music, indie or folkish indie..

Yeah I dont know either...in all reality it doesnt make sense, just like the music genre "emo" because without emotion of some kind, music would not exist.

I dont label people either, so I really dont know what to tell you.

scene is like super emo style. so they're not depressed or anything, they just do it for style. and they amp it up.
