Any entry level Epson, Cartridges are about £3 on ebay

I have the HP 3845 for $39. It really prints good and the ink cartridges are between $10 - $20 depending on where you buy them. You can also buy a photo color cartridge.

I like Lexmark and buy it in bulk from BJs
