My femele betta jest had lots of eggs.The male got them and staff, but they are not in a boblo nest.Is that bad?
And I head no idea that the eggs wore going to came today, so the litlle rocks from the fish boul are still there is that going to be bad for when the eggs hatch?

They probably won't hatch if there isn't a bubble nest and if the male isn't caring for them. If for some strange reason the male does build a nest really fast and puts some of the eggs in there, you need to get some live food ready for when the babies come. Good luck!

Get the female outta that tank before the male kills her! If they aren't in a bubble nest the male will probably end up eating them. It is always recommended to have the gravel out if you are going to breed betta's. If they do manage to hatch, the ones ontop of the gravel might be ok. If any slipped in between the gravel, they might not get enough oxygen.

If the male isn't tending the nest it's game over. You should really read up on the subject before you try again.


PS- If a male is tending a nest the female should be remove as he may kill her to defend the nest.

they might hatch but the parent betta fish might attach the baby bettas :(
