they seem to be proud of being stupid and illeterate and usless and with no ambition of forfilling anything society isn't providing, they are not capable of thing outside the box, they are winging winneys and take the easy way out ,they do drugs and are a pest around the place. Black,White and all the colours in between is not being racist it's being annoyed.

Kids are taking pride in being stupid, deliberately mispronouncing words, and rejecting everything except their stupidity.

Wow! It's really hard to understand your question since I don't know what "yob" is, who "they" are, what "forfilling" is , or why you are using "thing" in place of "thinking". English MUST be your second language because if it is your first you should be ASHAMED! Typing "winging winneys" along with that horrific sentence structure of yours, LOL! But anyway...
If you're speaking of Black people in America, then you don't know much about us. What you see on television is entertainment, nothing more. And if your little brain can decipher what actually entertains a targeted audience then MAYBE you will be able to grasp what you and some ignorant others call "culture of the streets" and why it has continued to be perpetuated, LOL!
Most black people aren't like the characters you see on television or hear in music. But I won't go any further, I'm sure you won't be able to read or understand what I'm typing anyway, FOREST.
Also, some advice: Never start a sentence with, "I'm not a racist...". In it one automatically takes the defensive and follows up with something incredibly stupid. Which you did! LOL! Sad, really sad....

Most people who begin a statement with "I'm not a racist" usually are. It seems pretty obvious that you are a racist of some sort, but that you want to dodge the negative connotations of the word racist, which is silly.
Also, this isn't even a question. Looks more like an excuse to spout.
