Your kids are British. I'm British although not born in Ireland, I don't see Eire as not being part of Britain, and I'm not bothered what angry people have to say about that.

They will be naturally British but can also be eligable for an Irish passport.
Scotland doesn't issue passports nor can you be a scottish citizen (no such thing).
