I recently had a report to do in school about where I see my self in the future personally and career wise, this report was also to be present in front of class. In my report I talked a lot about how I want to marry, have children, and basically live the white picket fence/dream marriage to a white women. I also talked about how I thought white women are most beautiful, caring, sweet, hardworking, intelligent, and motherly women in the world. After my teacher(I won't mention her race) read my report she took me aside and told me I could not mention the part about wanting to marry and liking white women because its inappropriate. Keep in mind some of the kids doing reports talked about wanting to grow up and be pimps, hustlers, rappers, pornstars, and one kid who was gay got to say he would hopefully be able to marry his boyfriend in the future. But for some reason a white male saying that he wants to be with a white women is deemed inappropriate. I mean I see lots of Latin guys in school and even in the media talking about how much they love Latin women, but it seems like it sort of an unwritten rule that if your a white guy you can never specify that you love white women. Why is that? If I praise white women it doesn't mean I hate non-white women, I just can't see myself every marrying or growing old with anything but a white women. I just look around my town and see so many happy and loving white couples and families that I want something similar.

There is no problem with it, your teacher is trying to teach political correctness, and I think allowing papers about kids wanting to be pimps, hustlers, rappers and pornstars and one kid who's gay wanting to marry his boyfriend is downright wrong.

When I was in school if I had turned in a paper like those other kids turned in I would have gotten a failing grade. And I havn't been out of H.S. that long, I graduated in 94. I think it's really sad how the PC crap is finding it's way into our schools these days.

Tell your teacher that is how you feel and if she doesn't like it too bad. Granted she could give you a bad grade over it, but I would take a bad grade long before I comprimise my values.

You know what your teacher is so afraid of being deemed a racist and the cultural thing is coming into play . No it is not fair that a gay man got to stand up and say that he wants to marry his gay boyfriend .you know this makes me sick ,the world is so worried about being pc we have forgotten about being fair . You had every right to state the way you feel . And I feel your teacher violated your civil rights and she should be reported the American Civil Liberties Union . If she ever says anything like that to you again you should speak to your parents and they should speak to the principal . This woman has no business being a teacher cause as far as i can see she is teaching people how to keep quiet about how they feel . That is plain wrong . you did nothing wrong good luck .

If it's a problem for anyone, it shouldn't be. It's just another example of how sensitive everyone is getting and it's so stupid. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, this is still American isn't it?

If other races are able to say the same thing about their race, there's no reason why "white" people can't say the same things. I'm so sick of tip toeing around for the sake of not wanting to offend anyone.

Your teacher is out of line if you ask me. Again, just my opinion. Don't apologize for something you didn't do, good luck.

Normally, whites don't "announce" their preference to stay in their race, they just do it. When minorities assimilate in a certain fashion, the group is normally labeled according to that demographic (i.e. Historically Black Colleges, Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, etc). There are many examples of institutions in this country that cater to or, are primarily white (many country clubs, some law firms, etc). But these don't have to label their business or organizations as white.

It is your choice to date who ever you want. If you feel the need to announce the obvious, then go ahead.

Sweetheart, there is nothing wrong with that, some people are still very touchy about race issues and you cant be blamed for that. Im an african american woman who preffers latino guy, my husband is puerto rican and ive only dated latinos, its my personal opinion and MY choice. I think you should have left out how they are better than other races of women, that could be offensive, but choosing to only date white woman is your right!

I understand the position your instructor is coming from, you sound like a white supremist. She probably become keeping you from getting your *** beat after college
