Is it ok to take phictures durning a famous person's event or something? Cause i need to know quick!

That really depends on the location, whats going on, what kind of camera you use and so on. Like at a concert or something, most of the time they have regulations you can check into first. Most of the time they are ok with small cameras, but they wouldnt want any super zoom professional type cameras or video cameras where you could photograph someone and make a buck off of it.
