I bought a bed from Ikea last year which I really like - but it's proven to be a tad firm for my taste.

I bought one from Costco (Price Club), its a two part thing, one is memory foam, the other is a pad cushion, it makes the worst of matresses feel like the best

I bought a 3 inch thick one at Target and it is awesome. I love the extra cushiony feel it gives my mattress. Super comfortable!

We bought one last year and love it. It makes our mattress feel softer and more like a pillowtop mattress.

I got one from Belk's. It isn't the same as a memory foam mattress(no duh!) but it works out fine.

I only know one thing....they trap body heat, so they are hot!!! good if your always cold, not so good if you arent!!
