This is my favorite because it happens to me every freakin time: when I have dressed up and look very nice, I will be walking along, with a very confident attitude, then i will notice some men watching me as I walk, and I will....yes.... you guessed it..... I stumble and hit the floor!!! And I don't mean just a small fall, I literally go flying across the room and everything that I may have had in hand, is gone!!!!
At that point, if I am still conscious, I just get up and say, "next showing at 5:00."

The Devine Comedy is more like my vehicle. I seem to be seeing a lot of craziness around me all the time. I just try not to take it on. The author of the novel ended up in exile and died a bad death. Yet, I'm not serious, just a little too sarcastic to be truly funny. But I enjoy your question. And I think I am an optimist.

Trying to separate fighting kids at work. Especially those who are stronger and fatter than me! I have to laugh to keep from crying. This, is my life semi-comedy.
