ok i live in a small town and this 1 guy that i really dont know but have seen around town hubby knows him too but not that well either anyways a few times when we were both in the same small store in our town he was talking to me and rubbing my shoulders was he flirting and coming on to me hubby says no but i dont agree..this made me uncomfortable but i didnt say anything cause i didnt wanna be rude..if this happens again what should i say to this guy..should i tell him im happily married 16 yrs and not interested.

If he is doing it in front of your husband it may not be flirting. He may just be a "touchy" "Feely" kinda person....you know the kind....the ones that like to hug everyone! Make sure of this before you assume it is flirting. Either that, or just stay away from him.

Yes he was flirting, if it makes u uncomfortable then say something next time, then walk to your car, close the door, smile and say...damn ive still got it!;)
