what is the best and easist to use brand of router? i got linkeys and the connection was strong from like 15 feet away, any strong and or easy brands to use?

Linksys is part of Cisco (always a good thing)
Netgear, Linksys and 3Com are the only ones I would use

usually linksys and dlink dont ask for wireless security which makes your connection not secured.. thats their default settings.
i'd rather recomend 2wire.. its a modem router itself..so you wont have conflict with it.. it has a built in firewall..and you can connect within 150-200ft in radius. and it can hold upto 200 computers wirelessly..

I've never had any difficulties with D-LINK products in use or function.
