Myself and my friends are all in our early thirties and are looking for some suggestions for a good place to go for our summer holidays (in june/july) where we will have a good chance of meeting lots of single men. We want a lively holiday but not somewhere full of 18 to 30's.

I think most of the men over 30 are taken, ugly, or have some other complicating factor involved.
Having said that, perhaps the Riviera or somewhere in Greece may suffice. Since I am not looking for a man, I can't say. Besides, you are looking for men not in my age range.
No offense, of course, simply a statement of fact.
It does hit me that an agent may give you good ideas, maybe a singles package of some sort.

Well I am a man who has been to Spain, Greece, Turkey ,Gambia and seen all the pretty boys in action with the Ladies.
They have a Gift, they are good looking and talk the talk.
But surprise, surprise its a game to them as they are after a good time and will say what you want to hear.
They maybe married or not , you will end up believing what ever they tell you !
Go to Crete - massive Island plenty of things to do - enough European men to keep all you ladies satisfied.
