account number and routing number is correct, but its a checking not a savings account and I accidentally chose savings, should I be worried about it?

They will follow the routing number and account number, not the box.

if you have a saving account with same numbers it will just go to your saving account,and i it is a problem the irs will just contact you and make other arrangements

If you have monies coming in, just do a transfer from savings to checking via ATM, call to the bank, or onling banking if you have that feature. It is really simple.
