its hard to type but basically open dot on 1 and bold line going to the right > and bold arrow on the end

y>1 is the same as 0x+y>1 or y>0x+1

Since the slope is 0, the line is horizontal.
Since the y-intercept is 1, the line will pass through (0,1).

Thus, to graph this line, you must make a horizontal line pass through (0,1). I would recommend using a dotted line to distinguish that it isn't "or equal to". Then, you must shade the top part in to distinguish that any point above the line is a possible solution. I can't really graph it on the computer, so I hope that you have luck drawing a graph using the description I gave you.
