No. I hope the Rolex, 54 inch plasma screen and the bag full of diamonds you left in the car.are insured.
The point is that if the repo companies could be held liable for "lost" belongings a lot of people would claim they had expensive items in the car that are now missing.

Afraid your belongings are gone, just as the car they were in is. Slight chance that if you are able to contact the repo company that they would be willing for you to come down and collect your personal things, but it is a slim chance. Good luck to you.

You should be able to go get your personal belongings as they have nothing to do with the car note that you were not paying.

nope, if your car is repossesed, all belongings become the property of the tow company, its their decision. it sucks but its true, it happened to me. basically pay your bill, or your not important.
