how do u work bluetooth on your cell phone??

get a blue tooth transmitter for pc, or whatever you want. then the phone should pick it up immediately.

on my phone/ pda (actuallly one of those blackberry) there's an option where you can transmit or receive data via bluetooth.

go to your settings on your phone and then sound settings and then blue tooth and you plug the chip in and it finds the signal
