psp internet problems?

When i try to connect to the internet it says
"A connection error has occurred. The access point was not detected"
how do i get the internet to work or find the access point?

First you have to know where a wifi/wireless router is available. Then it is likely to be password protected so if says it is WEP or WPA protected and it is not your router then you will need to find another hotspot, like a library, college, internet cafe/restaraunt or downtown of a major city.
