I wanted to change my cell phone provider to cingular. I currently have boost mobile. Can i bring my number with me?

Yes, or at least you can with sprint. They took my sprint number and put cingular service on it, and that automatically canceled the sprint. By the way, I love cingular!

Most of the time you can't port your pay as yo go phone number to a regular contract carrier but there is always a chance. If you go into a cingular store they can quickly check for you through their POS system.

I don't believe you can. You can only transfer numbers from like sprint, AT&T, verizon, etc. Virgin doesnt port numbers at all. Usually oyu cannot port prepaid. You can transfer numbers with Boost because Sprint owns boost.

No,you can't.Service providers have different code unique to their subscribers.Talk to your prospective service provider about it maybe it could work.
