Both daughter characters lost Mom In Harper Lee's "To Kill A Mockingbird" both the Scout character and Mayella character lost their Mom. Which one had any nurturing? Which one had a large wardrobe and servant to do housework? How would the Mayella character develop if Atticus was the father of that family? How would the Scout character develop if Bob Ewell was to swap positions for only 40 days, or even a week? What are your thoughts on this?

That's quite a concept! You might have a book here, if you could make it plausible.
Imagine Scout, with her precocious literacy, sense of justice, and hot temper transferred into Bob Ewell's house. He's bigger and stronger of course, and Scout will surely get a few whippings. She will hate him. She'll run away. Once in a while she will want to be nice and show Mr. Ewell a better way of life. Ewell won't be very receptive, though.
Meanwhile back at Atticus Finch's house, Mayella will be confused and scared. She will not know how to treat Calpurnia. She won't be comfortable having anything done for her, but she will want to give orders too. Atticus and Calpurnia will have to explain how things are done in Atticus's house. Her manners will be atrocious, she'll notice that Atticus's and Calpurnia's are different. After a while she'll want to fit in better, and learn to be more of a lady. Something in the house will spark her interest, most likely some of Calpurnia's skills, and she'll want to learn more.
Thank God, Scout will get back to Atticus and be able to make some sense of what has happened. And Mayella will no longer be a doormat to her father. She'll go to school whether he wants her to or not.
