I know you're hoping someone will say something and it will make everything better, but unfornuately the only thing that's going to help is time. Time heals all wounds. Just keep saying to yourself, I will make it through this. It will get easier! You also might want to go through your house and remove any reminders that might still be there. Keeping busy will also help. I like the guy's idea about doing something you've never done before, too.

Divorce is hard. You need to stop reminiscing about old times. Look forward to the future. Put yourself into your work, hobbies, join a gym etc.... things will get better. I know it may be too soon to look for a new love interested but in time you will be ready to move on. Hang out with friends who are supportive.

Get out and do something you have never done before. When I divorced my wife I took a year and traveled around the world. Experiencing new things, places and people gave me the opportunity to get past my ex and move on with my life. You may not have the resources to travel around the world, but changing things in your life could help. Move to a different part of town. Hang out in new places. Attend a new church. Join a new social group. Anything you can do to help get a new perspective on life will help you move on.

u have to pull yourself out of this, by facing reality, accepting the facts, and letting her go, all pictures, things about the house that belonged to her, get rid of them, as well as any of her family members u may still talk to, got to get rid of all attachments, maybe even move to a different place, but only time and distance diminish the hurt. spiritual healing may be another way that will help u. life is never fair, never will be, got to face that and know that the longer u stay in this pain the more of a chance u could have an emotional breakdown over it. just accept the things u can't change, and pray and ask for help, ask that u may find some understanding in all of this, and accept it. good luck to u god bless, he is the only one who can help u through this, but counseling, self help groups, your pastor, can also help, we may need to ask others for their help when our life is in crisis.

Why did you get divorced in the first place? Do you still see her? Is she over you? Maybe there is a possibility that you two could start dating again and maybe someday get remarried.

This is natural and will take you time to get past and move on with your life.... Time heals all things and if you are having a really hard time then get counseling and help for this... Take up a new hobby and make new friends and when you feel you are ready then start dating again.

first do you know why she wanted to divorce you ? and if you do know do you agree with it or not ? if you feel that you do not agree with the reason then her lost , if you do agree with the reason then learn from it and accept it and grow in understanding that you wont be that way again and move on not later but now. life goes onnnnnnnnnnn

just relax, go out as much as you can, get to know other girls (but make sure those are not bitches), and put your head in some activities, that way you won't have much time to think of her
