Oh yeah. Why spend money you don't have to?

I'm not as diligent as I used to be with them.
I've switched brands in some cases to save a bit of change.
I do, however, clean out my coupon file each month, check the date and will perhaps buy the item using the coupon if I need it. Otherwise, I give the ones I know I won't use either to the church foodbank or I leave them at the grocery store where that item is located for someone else.

Occasionally, but it has to be totally convenient. That is, I have to find the coupon within a day of going to the market. Otherwise, I lose track of them!

Yes, and there are still a few stores that still do double coupons but not as many as before.
