and i worked there for like 4 months, but they were always really rude to me and gave me bad hours, so i stopped going one day
can i still file taxes for it?

Yes, if you paid taxes, you can file for it. And the company is required to give you the tax records to do so.

You should always file taxes, unless you didn't work a single day for the whole year!
If you made any money and had taxes taken out, then you need to file. One of two things will happen: either you get all your tax withholding back or you get most of it back.

You have to file taxes for it or the government will get after you.You should get a W2 form from them in January which you will submit with your tax form if they took taxes out of your pay.

They have to send you a W2. You have to file by law.

Yes, and by law they have to send you a 1099 form. If they don't send you one by March I'd suggest you give them a call and ask for it.
