The book of records lists the youngest mother as a Peruvian girl, who was 8 when she gave birth. Her mother, who was only in her early 20s, kept the grandchild and raised it as her own. The 8-year old mother didn't learn her supposed sibling was her own child until a National Geographic crew came around to photograph the world's youngest grandmother.
How do I feel about that? I think whoever was responsible should have his you-know-what whacked off. That child was obviously the product of very severe child abuse. I feel sorry for the little girl, and for her young mother, neither of whom had much of a childhood.

go on google for the answer.but if a girl has a baby at lets say 13 and that baby has a baby at 13.the grandmother would be around 27-28
