Plug your shuffle into the computer, Open up iTunes and go into the playlist. Right-click the song you want to remove and click 'delete'....that or 'remove'

After plugging in your shuffle, click on your playlist and then you can drag the song you dont want back into your library or you can right click and click remove or delete.

when u plug in your ipod sync all your music
open ur playlist
delete the songs that u want to delete by right clicking and pressing delete.
then download the playlist again

you go to itunes, right click on the song, and choose delete. and after you delete the songs you dont want, plug your ipod into the computer. i have a nano, so it should be the same.
