Well i dont usualy give advice for 10 year olds but ill break that rule because im bored , you might be a ***** for all we know what the truth hurts.......poor girl :) . I would laugth and not give a **** .

Best friends don't do that sort of thing. Think back to see if you had done anything to her to cause her to say this, if so, did it merit such a strong response? If not, then could she have been trying to be funny..but obviously not succeeding?
If you really are best friends, then you should be able to ask her about this letter and find out what the root of the problem is....then it's up to you whether you can let it be or whether you need to be looking for a new best friend.

did you give her a reason to call you that (and im not judging or being disrepectful when i say that) and if not then i would ask her what her problem was and probably not talk to her if that how she feels she cant be much of a friend to call you that i would never call any of my friends that even though some can act like that

it depends on how she said it. if it were in a mean way then i would have said **** u and leave it at that nice and simple or if u dont want 2 ruin your friendship ask herwats her problem

I would NOT call her that back. I would try to reason with her and figure out why she called me that. If that doesn't work, I wouldn't hang out with her anymore.
