The question cannot be answered with the information given.
If, however, we were told that BC = 2*LM, then:
2(3x+7) = 7x+6
6x +14 = 7x + 6
x=8
So LM = 3*8 +7 = 24 + 7 = 31

Are you sure you gave all the data?

There must be missing information. No relationship is given connecting L or M to B or C.

There is something missing. If you have no clue on BC, forget it.
