and the brush is stiff and wont go around please help...

That is what's called the roller brush drive belt.You can get anyplace they sell vaccum cleaner supply's.Not really hard to change or replace.

hi its the belt they have to be replaced from time to time refer to your owners manual on how to replace it most vacums you just turn over some have clips some have screws you will have to remove the brush and hook the belt up you most likely find a replacement belt where you bought your vacum or at a place that sells the dyson model vac its not that hard to do 5 to 10 mins tops

hi

it sounds like you;ve pulled off the fan belt. you'll need to get a replacement from electrical shop. If you do be sure to ask how to replace it cos i haven't figured mine out yet!!!!

thats the belt that spins the brush. is it broken or still in one piece? if broken, you'll need to get a replacement belt, if not it can be reattached.

how olld is it if under two years old contact Dyson who will collect it fix it and return it free of charge.
