Spray a mix of vinegar and water (half and half) on the spot they sprayed and let it dry. It will help neutralize the odor and dont worry the vinegar smell goes away when its dry.

After a good antibacterial shampoo at a car wash, buy a couple of those carbon odor absorbers for refrigerators and place anywhere in the car and it will literally eliminate the odors. I've used a product called FRIDGE-IT carbon odor absorber many times for worse problems than that. It's a little purple cube sold in kitchen sections at retailers like walmart and linens and things. I've tried other odor absorbers that just do not work.
Definitely try it. It really works great and you can use them everywhere.

Call your local Chem-Dry franchise as urine is a severe and complicating odor to deal with. They have a product call Pet Urine Removal Treatment. It is the the only thing on the market that will actually get rid of the crystals that the bacteria feed off of there for destroying the smell. You can try other things but you have to be able to get in contact with all the urine and you will most likely have to use a lot of solutions to be able to get in contact with all of it. You would probably spend the same with Chem-Dry as you would with other cleaners after all you would have to go through/try

You might want to consider having the inside of the car detailed out. A cheaper treatment would be to go to your local janitorial supply store and purchase an odor release solution. These cause the odors to release their hold and to dissipate into the air. Air fresheners just mask the odors
