I know how corrupt they are. If they were doing their jobs during the 90's and not stealing from the Iraq oil for food program, we would not be there (and 3012+ brave young American men and women would be alive and a lot more would have all their limbs). The funny thing is that the last U.N. General Secretary and his sons made millions off of that program (by cheating). And they owe N.Y. City about $12 Million in unpaid parking fines. But guess what, since they are anti-U.S., they have a ready-made bunch of supporters in the U.S., the Democrats and Neo-Libs.
Great question though, I'm surprised that others even know it besides me. Thanks!

The UN is guilty of "corrosive corruption", according to a long-awaited investigation published today into the handling of the multimillion-pound Iraq oil-for-food programme.
The 1,000-page report by Paul Volcker, former head of the US Federal Reserve, found "serious instances of illicit, unethical and corrupt behaviour within the United Nations". "Most notable among the UN's structural faults is a grievous absence of effective auditing and management controls."
Koffi Anan condemns Israel for assassinating the murderous
founder and "spiritual" leader of Hamas, hypocritically calling the
act a violation of "international law", but says nothing when
Palestinian authorities send two young boys, 10 and
14 years of age, into Israel on terrorist missions rigged with explosive vests.
Part two you your question- Go to the UN website for information:
Employment Scams
The United Nations is aware of various schemes, offers of employment or vacancy announcements with requests for payment of fees. The United Nations does not charge a fee at any stage of the recruitment process (application, interview meeting, processing, training or any other fees). The United Nations does not concern itself with information on bank accounts. Any requests for such payment or information should be refused and reported to local law enforcement authorities for appropriate action and to the United Nations for its information.

The UN is pretty corrupt... but I work for an insurance company and they on par or worse... so if the money is right go for it.
