I don't think they have a cheat code just for money. One the San Andreas for PC (not sure about PS2) there is a code: HESOYAM that will give you Health, Armor and 250K cash. I've played Vice City before and dont recall a cheat code just to get money.

When you put in the health cheat, you get 250k money with it... Theres no single "Money cheat"

i would try going to gamespot thats where i always get my cheats and you can also download demos there
