Yes, he gets his full amount EVEN IF IT IS CAREER ENDING AND HE NEVER EVER PLAYS AGAIN. The NBA has GUARANTEED contracts which cannot be torn up in case of injury or anything else of that matter (declining/disappointing play, attitude, etc) like the NFL does

Yes, one of the only ways a team can deny paying someone is if they suspend him without pay.

If he signed his contract, then yes, he gets paid. How much depends on how much is guaranteed.
