Who is your fave american idol contestant ever?

My all time favorite was Scott Savol. In fact, I was just listening to several videos of him performing right before coming to answers. He really was a good singer most of the time. I particularly liked his falsetto which he rarely loses pitch when doing and his deep, rich voice..he sings with a lot of passion.

I think he's a pretty humble guy and if you read his myspace, you see he is very religious and spiritual which I like. I met him and his family and they were all so nice to fans..all very down to earth. I especially was impresssed with his mom, Kathy..wise and spiritual was my take on her.

Scott was married not long ago to a childhood friend and recently moved from Cleveland (bad for me since I live in Ohio and when I saw him he was still under contract and not allowed to sing publicly and I alsways wanted to go hear him sing). He moved to the south in hopes of furthering his career..Nashville I thik it was.

Several people in the top 12 that season said he was very funny and very spiritual. I thought he got a totally bad rap on the message boards and more criticism than anyone and his mom mentioned how it hurt the family and they had to stop reading it as it was so upsetting. I also felt he was an underdog and root for the underdog quite a bit. I liked his humility and gratitude and he was interesting to watch when he was safe..just so relieved.

I did not get to watch the season Clay and Reuben were on..the first time I watched the show being their finalale..I thought Clay's voice was phenominal and I think I would have liked him even more watching him rise through the ranks. I also liked Jon Peter Lewis, Jessica (left week three when Scott was there), Elliot, Kevin Covais (Chicken Little), Anthony Fedora. I think Mandisa was a good singer. I liked the singing cowboys and how kind they were to Garett and particularly was impressed with the deep voiced one (the white guy) and how sweet he was and selfless to Garettt and I read earlier today that he has made it to the top 40 this season. Someone whose personality I liked was Bobby who sang copa cabana cause he promised his grandmother he would..

But noone reaches the level of Scott who I really liked and still do. (unless it would be Benji from so you think you can dance)..maybe they are about equal in how much I like them..Benji's personality far exceeeds Scotts and maybe talentwise too, but I love Scott's voice and total package.

There are a minimum of 10 that i like plenty. i do no longer think of i will narrow all of it the way down to purely a million. My fave females are Carrie Underwood and Brooke White. maximum of my favorites are the adult males. i assume my staggering 2 favorites may be Adam Lambert and Clay Aiken. All of those have remarkable voices.

Chris Daughtry. Hands down. He was offered the position to be the lead singer of the band Fuel after their lead singer quit. Now he has his own rock band "Daughtry" and their debut album is number 3 on the Billboard charts. I also happen to have that album and the songs on it are really catchy and people can relate to some of them.

I really like Kelly Pickler from last season. She's so down-to-earth and cool. Plus, I love her enthusiasm and love for singing. She has this awesome country accent, too!!! She's so fun and happy-go-lucky!!!
