how long will it take to concive after u have had a diagnostic laparascopy for inferitility?

I recently had a laparascopy and was told that I would have to have invitro so it actually depends on the condition of many things.My mom had it and was successful and was pregnant in two months.I think it can depend on numerous things.I would consult my gyn for questions.
