The reason why it's called an adam's apple is because it only appears on males. If you have it and you're female... maybe you should go check it out...

It is abnormal for a girl tohave an unusually large adams apple, prominent in transgendered persons on hormones they sant make the hands smaller or the adams apple.
Nipples get sore, the features thin, voice gets somewhat masked higher. But thats it you may be looking at a hormonal imbalance that occured naurally to the girls genetic makeup
